A stimulant
remedy for the nervous system
The human
body is very complex and for its various complicating functions to operate,
requires an equally complex coordinating device, the nervous system, which
comprises of about ten billion neurons (nerve cells) to integrate the
activities of all parts of the body.
The nervous system is composed of the brain, spinal cord and motor and sensory nerves which
control the functions of muscular movements, secretion of glands and various
other vital functions of our body. The neurons work round the clock and require
great amounts of oxygen and glucose to maintain their structural and functional
activities.
Any
abnormality or deficiency in the nervous system will lead to malfunction of
many other organs such as the heart,
lungs, eyes, ears, etc.
