Actions and indications:

Purge the fire evil of liver and gallbladder, clear away dampness heat.
Indicated for cases with dampness heat of liver and gallbladder manifested as dizziness, redness of eyes, tinnitus, deafness, otodynia, hypochondriac pain, bitter taste in the mouth

Ingredients:

Radix gentianae, radix bupleuri, radix scutellariae, fructus gardeniae (fry), rhizoma alismatis, caulis akebiae, semen plantaginis (fried with salt), radix angelicae sinensis (fried with wine), radix rehmanniae and radix glycyrrhizae preparata

Excipients:

Dextrin, mel, pulvis talci

Description:

Dark yellow watered pills, taste bitter

Usage and dosage:

3-6 grams (about 2/5 – 4/5 bottle lid capacity) for oral use, twice daily

Precautions:

* carefully apply for pregnant women, aged, debility and cases with loose stools

* avoidance to take pungent foods

* during medication, avoidance to take tonic, chinese patent drug simultaneously

* for cases with severe hypertension, arrhythmia, heart disease, hepatic disease, nephropathy and diabetes mellitus and those are accepted other treatments, the patient should be directed by physician
